Refund and Returns Policy

It is our policy to only accept exchanging a garment which is defective or of the wrong size. The item for which the returned garment is exchanged for, should have the same price. We do not make any monetary refunds.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

IMPORTANT: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, cosmetics, hair decoration items, pajamas, underwear nor bathing suits.

Please note: All returned items postal service costs are covered by the customer.

Bclassy.Fashion.Fitness will cover the costs of sending you the new item for which the returned item was exchanged.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Monetary refunds are not accepted. We only accept exchanging the purchased garment for another item of the same price if it is not a product exempt for a return. Sale items are not exchanged.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or a text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned garment.

If you are approved, then your exchange of the garment will be processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please first send us an email to bclassy.fashion.fitness@gmail.com or send us a text or a WhatsApp message to the telephone number +504 3187-6250.

We will send you the list of instructions to send your product once you get in contact with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Bclassy.Fashion.Fitness will cover the costs of sending you the new item for which the returned item was exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
